Crime of the Century audio and experience

1.       On a scale of 1 to 10 my physical well-being is a 9, as is my spiritual well-being with my psychological well-being of 8. I must admit to occasional depressed episodes but daily exercise and meditation helps my melancholy.  I have not always been at this level of consciousness. It took years of personal experiences to get here. Through reading, research, and school I have learned the power of positive thinking, how exercise fights depression and stress, daily motivational chants like “Positive thinking evokes more energy, more initiative and more happiness” and “Fill your mind with light, happiness, hope, feelings of security and strength, and soon your life will reflect these qualities”. I post little signs on my refrigerator that uplift my mind and soul towards inner peace and safety which also has physical outcomes on my body composition. We are an image that starts with our minds that being our bodies. It’s all connected our mind, body and spirit. One has an effect on the other and vice-a-versa.

2.       Physically I already workout daily for an hour and usually take a nice walk for an hour also. Not much I want to do there but many invest in some new shoes and a new workout program like P90X2. Spiritually, I would like to incorporate more hiking adventures and visualization sessions. Especially sitting in quiet to listen to nature and the vibrations that exist in our dimension. Psychological work can be accomplished by me having more connections with family, friends and whomever I would like to be close to. Creating more friendly networks and truly engaging in real conversations about life and visions of the future.

3.       More outdoor activity is loved and needed. I thoroughly enjoy time spent with friends and family exploring mountain ranges, meadows, and waterways. I love to work but I know the value of retreats and getaways for a healthy body, mind and spirit. Sunshine and getting connected to our planet aligns my consciousness with a universal presence.

4.       The breaths are relaxing to the body and mind. I really enjoyed this Chakra exercise which is represented with seven colors of the rainbow. The Crime of the Century title is a bit misleading but maybe it’s a crime not to have this information and practice technique. Good thing have this treasure for relaxation and calming the mind and body through breath and focus. I am no newbie to meditation, so my exercise was fantastic and on cue. I even got a little nervous as I drifted off into another space for a minute and started seeing lights and flashes. I do feel better after the session. Calm and relaxed with greater concentration and focus was the results of this exercise. Chuck-one-up for a clearer mind and inner peace after listening and following this audio!
